Personal training:

Personal training helps you target specific muscle groups to help increase strength and overall body fat loss. Each personal training session integrates weight training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) giving you a challenging workout that strengthens your muscles while improving your endurance and stamina. Depending on what you are looking for we design each program specifically to suit your needs. Not ready to start using weights but want to start making changes? No problem. We love to teach individuals by using their body weight alone. This will get your heart rate up and put you in a fat burning zone for up to 48 hours! We also create customized workouts that you can do in the comfort of your own home.


Pilates is a low impact workout that focusses on postural alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance. Many people of all levels can benefit from Pilates as it is very popular among those recovering from injury or looking to increase targeted muscle strength. Pilates is for those who are looking to become more toned, elongated and lean. All you need is a yoga to start!


Yoga has become very popular in the west in the last couple of decades and people are seeing and feeling the benefits! From controlled breathing, meditation, increased muscle endurance and flexibility you’ll soon see why it’s so addictive! Yoga can be gentle or quite exhausting depending on the version you wish to partake in. We offer lessons in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.  All with varying levels of difficulty to cater to your needs.


Reiki or “Energy Healing” is a Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes natural healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive and healthy.  When one’s “life force energy” is low then we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed. When our energy is high and flowing effortlessly we are more capable of being happy and healthy. As you lay in stillness with your breath you will receive healing Reiki energy. This healing hands on approach is tailored to each individual’s needs.

* Emotional balancing, self-esteem, mental clarity.

* Fatigue, problems sleeping.

* Pain reduction or elimination

* More confidence

* Mental, emotional, physical and spiritual healing.

Each Reiki session is customized for the individual using essential oils, sound healing, and crystals.

Health/Nutritional Coaching:

Are you stressed or have very little energy from lack of sleep? Do you struggle with weight fluctuations, body image issues or skin problems? Have you been failing to keep up with a fitness routine or healthy eating regimen? Do you do something for YOU each and every day? How much of a priority is your health and well-being? In our 3 and 6 month Health Coaching Program, we would be supporting you to make step-by-step, easily integrated food and lifestyle choices. We would meet, Skype/FaceTime or call twice a month. During that time, we will provide you with guidance, advice and a listening ear. You will receive plenty of handouts with healthy eating/cooking tips, recipes and other helpful exercises to get you aligned with your goals. And it’s not just about the food! We will look at your life holistically to really get to the root causes of your behavioural and eating patterns. This method works so well because we hold you accountable to your goals, motivating you to achieve them! Together, we can help reduce stress, lose weight, get more active and increase confidence!

When you really take the time out for YOU and your self-care, magically everything else in life starts to fall into place. When you’re happy, that’s the frequency you send out to the universe and only good things can come back to you and we truly do believe that!
